2024 Tax Donation Letters
Dear Beloved Brother/Sister in Christ,
Starting in January 2025, we will be sending contribution/donation statements for the 2024 Tax Year via email or postal service (USPS). In order to receive your contribution/donation statement via email or mail, please click on the link below and fill out the desired form no later than November 30, 2024.

It is vital that everyone fills this form out so that you can receive your tax donation/contribution letter in January 2025.
